The 18.6-year Real Estate cycle continues to move along. The US Case Shiller Home Price Index is at an all-time high. The 2 largest US homebuilders (DR Horton, Lennar) have broken monthly swing bottoms (2 monthly swing bottoms in Lennar’s case!). The SPDR Homebuilders Trust has also broken its latest monthly swing.

These all indicate that cracks have begun to form for the largest asset class in the world (land) and that we could be seeing a final peak and correction in the next 6-18 months.
