US Case Shiller Home Price Index at all-time highs. XHB broke a monthly swing low and is now testing the local 50%. DR Horton broke a monthly swing low and hasn’t even come close to testing its local 50%. Lennar is even worse off, breaking 2 monthly swing lows. Pulte is down 25% from its high.

Looks like the 18.6-year Real Estate cycle is certainly in its “winners curse” phase.

Printing money causes inflation.

Case in point, Iran has doubled their money supply in just 5 years and they currently sit at over 42% YoY inflation.

Protests in the streets.
