US Case Shiller Home Price Index at all-time highs. XHB broke a monthly swing low and is now testing the local 50%. DR Horton broke a monthly swing low and hasn’t even come close to testing its local 50%. Lennar is even worse off, breaking 2 monthly swing lows. Pulte is down 25% from its high.

Looks like the 18.6-year Real Estate cycle is certainly in its “winners curse” phase.

Bitcoin food for thought…

Last cycle, it took 72 days to get from the peak to the bull run 50%.

This cycle it’s taken 122 days from the peak to 50%.

Just something to think about./
